- Support PM's through preparation, review, revisions and issuance of monthly clients invoices in a timely manner.
- Understand project reporting and backup requirements to ensure compliance.
- Manage request for documentation from internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the CEI point of contact for distributing project related information with all levels of the project team and
- potentially external parties.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when required.
- Process and control project document types on a day-to-day basis in an accurate and timely manner.
- Communicate changes to document control procedures or other relevant information to the project team in consultation
- with the Project Manager.
- Assists in implementing new and improving Document Management systems and document management processes.
- Manage and maintain construction project files for DOT and municipal projects.
- Prepare and submit monthly pay estimates, change orders, progress reports, contractor payrolls and labor wage rate
- interviews.
- Attend and participate in pre-construction meetings, project progress meetings and client close out meetings.
- Manage project documentation for compliance with Local, State DOT & FHWA requirements.
- Job may require working from job site trailers, job site visits and PPE requirements when in the field.
- HS Diploma required; AS or BS in business, finance, civil engineering or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of document control experience
- 1+ years of experience with project scheduling in Primavera P6 software
- High attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with key stakeholders both internally and externally
