    Description:


    Are you looking to expand your project engineering experience? Our client is currently seeking a Highway Design Engineer to join their team.

    This is a full-time, permanent position with amazing benefits.

    Responsibilities Include:
    Assist in the development of roadway, trail, sidewalk, and intersection designs.

    Preparation of basic proposals that include estimations of the scope of work, hours planned, and estimated fees.

    Maintain communication with clients throughout the life cycle of each project.

    Collaborate and oversee teams to create projects, write reports, and build estimations with various projects.

    Maintain responsibility for invoices, as well as project processes relative to budget expenditures.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

    Minimum 4 years of professional experience.

    Prior experience with Inroads.

    Registered as a Professional Engineer or EIT is required.

    Prior experience with managing a budget is preferred.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills are required as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

    Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
