- Non retained insurance must be followed up with on a daily basis to obtain approval
- Various Other tasks as directed by management.
- If the shop receives 75% of the weekly sales goal by EOB Wednesday each estimator will receive .005 % of sales dollars.
- Weekly goal will be set by management weekly
- Benchmark is 5 NPS surveys per week
- If the location receives greater than benchmark surveys that are above 70% each estimator will receive $10 for each survey over Benchmark .

We at Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and developing relationships with potential customers, providing repair estimates, as well as providing sales support and customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have a proven track record of success in customer service and sales.
