Seeking an Operations Manager who is ready to utilize their skillset to work with a Global leading Environmental testing company in Fort Wayne, IN

Schedule: 1st shift M-F

Pay: $85k-$120k DOE

Location: Fort Wayne, IN , offers relocation package

Type: Direct hire

Responsibilities:

Key Member and contributor to laboratory leadership team and other supervisors
Ensures that safety and quality standards are being met
Responsible for leading a team of 20-40 employees
Responsible for overseeing, facilitating and monitoring Laboratory operations.
Responsible for overseeing and managing budgets and inventory in correspondence with company goals.
Responsible for hiring, performance evaluations, approving PTO requests/timecards based on departments
Responsible for the location safety performance and awareness; spearheads and manages initiatives that drive a culture of safety first.
Demonstrates deep knowledge of capabilities, processes, and expertise to be able to clearly explain the benefits of testing services to all audiences -- internal and external.
Consult on various ways of testing requested by the client and provide
Works effectively with lab functional managers and supervisors.
Manage the supply chain and logistical processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
5 - 10 years of Environmental Experience including Organic, Inorganic, and Metals background.
Minimum 3-5 years of Operations and Leadership experience within Environmental testing facility
