    Plant Safety Coordinator

    Are you ready to play a vital role in ensuring the safety of a manufacturing facility?     Position: Plant Safety Coordinator

    Job Location: Appleton, WI

    Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

    Work Hours: Days

    Starting Pay: $70,000+ based on experience

    Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

    Required Education/Experience:

    • College Degree; Bachelor of Science preferred
    • Minimum of two years of relevant manufacturing experience
    • Understanding of OSHA safety and health regulations

    General Purpose of Position:

    The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for supporting site safety, scheduling, quality, and lean initiatives.

    Required Skills:

    • Ability to read, write, communicate, and comprehend instructions in English.
    • Organize and maintain inventory and production control systems
    • Manage waste reduction
    • Evaluate schedules and expedite workflow as necessary
    • Lead safety programs with a positive attitude under the manager's guidance
    • Conduct associate training on safety and production processes
    • Supervise Plant Safety Coordinators and sustainability initiatives
    • Investigate workplace accidents, injuries, and safety complaints
    • Implement ISO Quality Standards as an internal ISO Auditor

    Education/Experience/Certification:

    Completion of an Electro-Mechanical Technology program at an accredited school is preferred.
