- Obtain, organize, review, and summarize large volumes of medical records and related documentation
- Draft medical chronologies and case summaries to support case strategy and attorney preparation
- Maintain case calendars, schedule appointments, and manage deadlines with high attention to detail
- Assist with expert witness coordination, including outreach, scheduling, and document support
- Support discovery and document management, including evidence tracking and file organization
- Assist with trial preparation, including document preparation and exhibit support
- Conduct factual research and compile supporting information as needed
- Provide general administrative and case support to attorneys on active medical malpractice matters
- 3+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience (required)
- Direct medical malpractice experience supporting litigation matters (required)
- Strong experience reviewing, organizing, and summarizing medical records (required)
- Ability to draft clear medical chronologies and case summaries
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and deadline management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft xhmxlyz Office and legal case management/document systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high standards and case volume
- Nursing or clinical background is a plus, but not required
