Senior Construction Project Manager - Colorado, United States - Inventure

A long-term partner of ours is rapidly growing their EPC team. They develop, construct, and operate utility-scale and community solar and wind projects. Currently, across the U.S. they have over 70 projects in development and operations.

This role will handle the largest solar project they've ever developed and constructed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from development to COD.
• Work with contractors, procurement, engineering, and late-stage development teams.
• Also, manage the transition to the maintenance team, bringing the project to completion.
• Travel to the project site and ensure quality and control of the project.
• Work on approvals for project designs.
• Manage budget and timeline for the project.
• Build out a junior Project Management team.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in solar project management ideally on the EPC side.
• Must have utility-scale project experience, over 50MW.
• Must be based in CO or willing to travel.
• Experience with construction project management, pre-construction & operation hand-off knowledge.
