    Description

    As a caregiver, you will assist clients with various daily activities in their homes, such as dressing, shopping, medication administration, and more. Your responsibilities include:

    • Meeting all scheduled visits in accordance with company policies and state regulations
    • Creating a positive and supportive environment for clients during interactions
    • Reporting any changes in clients' condition to the office
    • Engaging with clients throughout the visit, providing feedback, and completing necessary documentation
    • Helping clients with personal care tasks like bathing, grooming, and dressing
    • Assisting with transfers, mobility, and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation
    • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of services
    • Maintaining client confidentiality with professionalism
    • Delivering exceptional care in alignment with our high standards

    Qualifications
    - Minimum of 2 years experience in home and community care, patient care, and senior care
    - Proficient in HIPAA regulations and caregiving best practices
    - Previous experience in providing home care services
    - Excellent skills in assisted living and Alzheimer's care
    - Physical ability to work with individuals in a fast-paced environment
    - Familiarity with medical terminology and hospice care
    - Relevant expertise in cleaning, cooking, and medical documentation
