    Summary of the Role:
    This Senior Tax Analyst role provides support to the U.S.

    organization in all areas of tax on a quarterly and annual basis, including Federal and State tax reporting, Income Tax Provision, Tax Planning, and other tax projects as needed.

    Our focus is to build a strong culture of teamwork and communication with a focus on accurate and timely tax compliance.


    Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the preparation and timely filing of U.S. federal, state, and local corporate income and franchise tax returns.
    • Assist in the preparation of U.S. federal, state and local corporate income and franchise tax return extensions.
    • Assist in computing quarterly U.S. federal and state estimated tax payments; ensuring estimates are processed, paid and documented properly.
    • Manage and reconcile tax fixed asset records to ensure they are accurate, and reports are available to support federal, state and local income tax compliance.
    • Participate in the quarterly and year-end tax provision process
    • Assist in tax compliance and system process improvements
    • Assist tax department with special projects as needed such as tax research, tax audits, etc.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or comparable education
    • CPA certification and/or advanced degree preferred
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in progressively responsible positions in a corporate tax department, public accounting firm or comparable experience

    • Strong knowledge of Federal and state tax laws
    • Comprehensive understanding of tax software and technology - experience with CorpTax is a plus

    Travel:

    • Occasional travel to other sites (2-4 weeks per year).
