As Medical Laboratory Assistant you will assist Clinical Laboratory Scientist CLS with routine specimen processing in accordance with protocols established by Ascend Clinical You will process specimens perform some test preparation specimen verification tracking all related clerical functions general laboratory tasks You will also assist placing specimens automated instruments work laboratorians documentation review computer verification Our company has Hematology Preanalytics Chemistry Environmental Immunochemistry departments.
- Knows complies with Ascend Clinical policies procedures: general policies Exposure Control blood borne pathogens Chemical Hazard Illness Injury Prevention Program Quality Assurance Program Understands hazards associated failing follow those procedures.
- Organizes work large batch processing appropriately Prioritizes tasks organizes work efficient completion.
