    Description
    Responsible for maintaining overall upkeep of facility and grounds around facility.

    These duties include, but are not limited to keeping building in clean and orderly condition, performing heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, emptying trash and other daily custodial/janitorial duties.

    Assist Facilities Coordinator with maintenance of facilities including preventative maintenance related to facilities. Other duties as assigned.
    Requirements

    • High School Diploma/GED; or 6 months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Good mechanical and interpersonal skills required.
    • Able to use a forklift and boom/scissor lift.
    • Must be able to climb onto and off of powered industrial equipment such as floor cleaning equipment and mowers.
    • Experience operating lawn care equipment such as mowers and weed eaters.
    • Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions and lift a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance.
