Bachelor's Degreepreferred
In lieu ofdegree, minimum of 3 years managerial experience in a processmanufacturing environment required.
Technicalbackground also highly desirable
Leadindustrial safety programs that help ensure the protection and safetyof all employees
Responsiblefor all aspects of the daily manufacturing & productionoperations
Calculateproduction rates and configure the plant operations to meetproduction demands and ensure proper execution of productionschedule
Achieveteaching level of knowledge and demonstrate proficiency of everyproduction job as well as understanding of the rest of the functioningdepartments to include branch, administration, and distribution
Have a basicunderstanding of the manufacturing process to include liquid production,ice production, ammonia refrigeration and be able to trouble shootthese areas and make necessary corrections and know where to seekhelp when unable to rectify the situation
Read andassess Profit and Loss statements and take corrective action in theirarea of control
Practicegood manufacturing management principles and adhere to establishedbest practices in hiring, promoting, directing, reviewing, discipliningand motivating employees
Any other duties thatcan ensure successful company operation

Good writtenand verbal communication skills
Possess goodcomputer skills to including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Able to liftup to 30 lbs. repetitively/continuously
Priorcompany certified forklift experience
Background with screw compressors, ammonia refrigeration systems,and/or hydraulics a plus
