ROLE SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS

• Serve as the second in command to the Executive Director of Production by leading and growing the production department, including full-time & part-time staff, interns and volunteers.
• Oversee execution of productions across the church and be the show caller and producer, including key services, such as weekends and mid-week large events, as well as small gatherings such as students and classes under the direction of the Executive Director of Production
• Provide insight and direction for technical implementation and maintenance to ensure systems are in good working order to support events.
• Serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during live events, demonstrating quick thinking and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Director of Production to translate vision into actionable plans and execute high-quality live events.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a weekend experience team position: Weekend services and other before and after-hour events are part of the regular workflow.Weekends are a priority and as such time off is limited and requires advanced planning and pre-approval. Schedule to be determined by the Executive Director of Production and the Video Director.
