- Ensure ECO's are written correctly, are complete and accurate, and adhere to company standard practices.
- Monitor ECO processes and their relationships to departments within the company.
- Work with product teams to define configuration structures and changes to products.
- Facilitate and monitor ECO changes as they progress through the Agile system.
- Conduct Agile training for new employees
- Approve new Oracle item requests.
- Problem solve Oracle issues as requested.
- Create and change ISO documents as requested via Agile or Sharepoint.
- Send monthly review/approval reminders.
- Conduct ISO Document training and support for Sharepoint as requested.
- Support and maintain ISO 9001 certification through daily work activities.
- Continuously pursue corrective and preventative measures on Entrust products and services.
- Halt processes that could adversely affect product or service quality.
- High School diploma
- Minimum of (1) year of related documentation control experience
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
- Associates Degree
- Experience with Oracle EBS system
- Experience with Agile PLM/PDM system
