    Our diverse work portfolio includes broad accreditation offerings and tested insights across the environmental, food and life science marketsJOB SUMMARYThe Quality Assurance Coordinator reports to the Laboratory Quality Assurance Manager or Quality Specialist and is responsible for supporting the overall quality assurance program by assisting in essential functions and tasks to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and company standards while ensuring traceable and defensible data.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSProvide technical and troubleshooting assistance and support to routine and non- routine testing issuesPerform GLP audits (In-Process, Final report, Facility) as scheduled by the QA Manger or QA Specialist.

    Assist the Quality Assurance Manager/Specialist with audits, data evaluations and statistical reviewsEnsure applicable data is collected and documented as requiredAssist in identifying non-conformances, performing root cause analysis and developing corrective actionsReviews and assists in the revision of SOPs in accordance with ISO 17025, NELAC, EPA methods and requirementsWrites technical and quality system reportsMaintain Quality Management System documentation in Microbacs Intellect Software System or other software systemsOther duties as assignedMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelors s degree in Chemistry or a related field of scientific study or equivalent combination of work and/or education in lieu of degreeMinimum 1 year of experienceTechnical familiarity with testing methodologiesAbility to read and interpret technical dataAbility to detect inaccuracies in documentationBasic understanding of methodologies used in an analytical chemistry laboratoryAbility to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formatsAbility to work in Quality Management System software system and Microsoft Office SuiteWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
