    The Accounting Clerk under the supervision of the HUD Accountant, ensure timely and accurate filing; post tenant rent, cable, security deposit and pet deposit payments; and process Affirmative Employment monthly billing.

    • Prepares monthly reports and statements. Post consumer rent, cable, security deposit and pet deposit checks as received.
    • Retrieves, open and sort mail. Prepare all deposits for Macomb office.
    • Completes bank reconciliations for all HUD bank accounts.
    • Prepares monthly janitorial invoices.
    • Processes work center invoices for shredding, URSA and Data Entry.

    High school diploma or GED, and one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
