    Senior Project Manager

    Join Cleo's Professional Services Project Management Office (PMO) as a Senior Project Manager and contribute to our exciting growth trajectory We are seeking a talented professional with a proven track record in delivering cloud-based, integration-focused solutions. If you have experience in B2B Integration and/or EDI, that's a significant advantage In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams, ensuring the successful implementation of Cleo products and services. You will work with cross-functional teams on key projects, ensuring that outcomes are met within defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality constraints.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, including initiatives related to strategic accounts.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by owning project delivery outcomes from kickoff to closure.
    • Communicate project status, schedules, budgets, and risks to stakeholders throughout each project phase.
    • Lead project kickoffs, planning sessions, and regular progress meetings.
    • Motivate and lead teams of implementation engineers to achieve successful outcomes for Cleo and our customers.
    • Effectively communicate the value of Cleo's solutions to customers.
    • Take ownership of all project deliverables and outcomes.
    • Support organizational growth by adhering to best practices in time accounting, forecasting, and budget management.
    • Facilitate clear communication of project activities and needs with customers and other supporting departments.
    • Contribute to a results-focused PMO using your delivery experience and strong project management skills.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with a desire for professional growth.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
    • Experience with EDI, MFT, data movement, or file transfer technologies is highly desirable.
    • Proven ability to manage resources, schedules, and budgets using Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or similar tools.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
    • Demonstrated experience in delivering cloud-based technology solutions.
    • Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and executive presentation.
    • Adept at collaborating with multiple business and technical teams.
    • Ability to manage a portfolio of multiple concurrent customer projects.
    • Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed.
