- Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients in the emergency room
- Act as a clinical leader for other staff and assume relief charge duties when designated
- Deliver safe direct care to an assigned group of patients as required
- Assist with or institute emergency measures for sudden, adverse developments in patients
- Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures
- Report potential or actual patient safety concerns, medical errors and/or near misses in a timely manner
- Program Graduate of a Nationally Accredited Nursing education
- Current RN license in New Mexico or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
- BLS, Basic Arrhythmia, PALS, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 6 months of hire
- No minimum experience required
