    Investment management firm focused on primary commitments to venture funds, LP and direct secondaries, and direct investments, is seeking an Investor Services Analyst.

    The Investor Relations team at this firm is responsible for asset gathering and strategy, investor services and marketing. As a member of the IR team, the Associate will contribute to the production of marketing and investor materials and fulfill a variety of investor reporting and requests.

    Primary responsibilities:

    • Produce and assist with the production of marketing and investor collateral including: Quarterly LP letters, Webinar and AGM decks
    • Presentation pitch decks for all funds for both existing and prospective investors
    • Draft PPMs for new funds with assistance from senior management Curate and lead Website content, blog posts, white papers, Tweets, LinkedIn, and additional social media
    • Ad hoc update materials for existing investors
    • Coordinate and contribute to responses to RFPs/DDQs and existing investor communication
    • Coordinate with other internal departments including Finance, Legal and Investments, and external service providers such as fund administrators and compliance, to produce accurate reporting and timely service to investors and prospective investors
    • Field and fulfill various investor requests, reports and queries
    • Other duties as assigned

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of institutional asset management experience and applicable undergraduate college degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • An understanding of venture capital and/or private equity investments, funds mechanics and performance metrics
    • Effective communicator and ability to write clearly and concisely, particularly by telling a story through presentation materials
    • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to present data effectively through written material
    • Mastery of Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
    • Exceptionally detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
    • A strong work ethic and client-focused mindset
    • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated commitment to teamwork
    • Familiarity with pooled vehicle reporting materials such as Capital Account Statements and Audited Financial Statements
