    Position Requirements:

    The Digital Marketing Intern, International will have the opportunity to support digital marketing initiatives for Monster Energy Company brands across Latin America, Canada, Asia and Oceania.The role will report into theSr. Digital Strategy Manager, International and play a key role in assisting with global marketing projects.

    Essential Job Functions:
    • Daily Marketing project coordination including campaign tracking, approval routing, and budget tracking.
    • Manage content calendars and scheduling for Monster Energy Company brands across the globe.
    • Evaluate effective paid media platforms that speak directly to Monster Energy's global target consumer and inform the Global Marketing and Creative teams on the resources needed to be successful across those platforms.
    • Support development of a global integrated media strategy focused on priority initiatives and special projects, grounded in digital and social, that drives globally consistent messages across locally relevant platforms.
    • Explore new, innovative, impactful, and engaging opportunities to communicate the Monster Energy brand online and interact with consumers in a meaningful manner.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management from Consumer Insights, Lifestyle Marketing, Commercial Strategy and Brand Management.
    • Help execute innovative communications strategies that will successfully drive brand love, attract new consumers, convert new buyers into loyalists and reward our community.
    • Other projects as assigned to support the internation Marketing Department and overall company initiatives
    Position Requirements:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
    • Ability to think creatively, critically, in order to bring the best and new ideas forward.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple assignments.
    • Basic knowledge of marketing and advertising
    • Additional language(s) are a plus.
    • Fast learner with a curious disposition; proactive; always looking to learn and to teach others
    Pay Rate: $16/hr
