- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Champion seamless project set-up and coordination utilizing the project management system, Workfront.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing strategists, leaders, designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and kickoff meetings with appropriate product strategists, production teams, leaders, stakeholders etc
- Execute project timelines and plans that are consistent with organization methodology and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Communicate progress to strategists and leaders using a standard methodology including milestones plans, risk, issues, etc.
- Proactively identify and log risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes (i.e. budget/resource constraints)
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, business administration or a related field
- 2 years experience in project/program management
- Experience interfacing with cross-functional teams
- Certification/License: CSM or CSPO or PMP
