    Sales Representative Tabletop - Commercial Foodservice Equipment and Supply

    We have an Outstanding Opportunity for a Sales Representative for the Tabletop category for a well-established leading player in the Commercial Foodservice Equipment and Supply Industry, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth within the Commercial Foodservice Equipment and Supply Industry. This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented professional for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and promoting our tabletop products to meet the evolving needs of our customers in the commercial foodservice industry particularly in the tabletop segment. This Excellent Opportunity is remote with a Competitive Base + Commission + Benefits.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the Tabletop category.
    2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities, both online and offline.
    3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend suitable tabletop solutions.
    4. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and prospects, showcasing the features, benefits, and applications of our tabletop products.
    5. Collaborate with the sales team, product specialists, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial inquiry to post-sales support.
    6. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, leveraging this knowledge to identify opportunities and address customer needs effectively.
    7. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations, negotiating terms and closing deals in a timely manner.
    8. Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, tracking key performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
    9. Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to promote tabletop products and services and expand our customer base.
    10. Uphold the company's values, policies, and standards of professionalism in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
    2. Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the commercial foodservice industry.
    3. Strong understanding of tabletop products, including dinnerware, glassware, flatware, and servingware, as well as their applications in various foodservice environments.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and understand customer requirements.
    5. Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and customer service, demonstrated by a history of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    6. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools and technologies.
    7. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, trade shows, and other business-related activities.
    8. A positive attitude, resilience, and a collaborative spirit, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
