- Perform daily in-process testing and dock audits.
- Procure engineering samples and prototype components
- Analyze root cause of manufacturing downtime and quality issue and develop and implement continuous improvement suggestions
- Be given projects that will involve a wide variety of activities including data collection on manufacturing processes, simple design projects, procedure writing and revision, etc.
- Participate in technical communication and discussion on analysis results to put his/her engineering knowledge into practice
- Assist Engineers in the design and development of tooling, processes and equipment
- Travel to local suppliers for pick-up and delivery of product
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to understand technical operating, service or repair manuals
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Working knowledge of gages such as dial calipers, micrometers, indicators, etc.

- Ability to speak and write English fluently
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division quickly and accurately
