- Physical Security
- Monitor closed-circuit TV cameras and monitor alarms.
- Respond to security breaches, threats, and emergencies.
- Control visitor and employee building access.
- Conduct security checks for specified areas at multiple locations.
- Security presence at special events.
- Assist with coordinating emergency drills and training.
- Network & Data Security
- Microsoft Office 365 updates research.
- Help co-workers to install new programs or learn about security procedures.
- Coordinate communication, logistics and configuration of computer equipment ordered from Managed Services Vendors.
- Track IT support tickets.
- Security Administration
- Organize security alert reports.
- Complete reports on security-related incidents observed while on duty.
- Create PowerPoint presentations for training.
- Conduct routine inventory of IT equipment in the organization.
- Prepare audio-visual interfaces while assisting managers for presentations.
- Take meeting notes/ minutes.
- Other general security and IT tasks, as needed.
- Work with others as a disciple of Christ, sharing the Gospel through actions and words.

- Associate degree minimum, bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1-5 years of experience in the IT or Security industry
- Effective communication, sound judgement, and keen sense of observation
- Familiarity with primary IT help desk functions
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
- Reliable transportation for traveling between sites daily
- Competence using a hand radio (walkie talkie) and mobile phone
