    Senior Marketing Program Manager

    Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 per year

    About the Role

    In this role, you will be responsible for executing and automating member enrollment and ongoing engagement strategies. You will work collaboratively across teams to deliver member-focused marketing strategies for Thyme Care.

    • Leverage subject matter expertise in email marketing, direct mail, and SMS to manage B2C and provider programs leveraging marketing automation tools.
    • Develop and optimize awareness, enrollment, and engagement campaigns across various partnerships that grow brand presence.
    • Create member journey maps to inform campaign builds and patient segmentation to build personas over time.

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you must have:

    • Experience with lifestyle marketing and healthcare, with a proven ability to develop impactful campaigns that engage and resonate with patients and providers.
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize initiatives and ensure timely deliverables.
    • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to positively influence change and direction.
