The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians and other members of the healthcare team.

• Assess and prioritize patient needs based on acuity levels
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care that meet each patient’s unique needs
• Maintain accurate records using electronic medical records (EMRs)

Required Skills & Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, you must have:

• A current RN license issued by your state's board of nursing;
• BLS certification from American Heart Association;
• Certification in ACLS or PALS within 6 months;
