- Efficiently manage worklists related to patient billing, medical records requests, coordination of benefits (COB), and expired insurance within the billing system.
- Accurately capture financial assistance decisions in the billing system.
- Oversee and refine mail procedures to minimize manual tasks.
- Collaborate with the Supervisor to address aged accounts within the Tempus billing system.
- Analyze and document trends or patterns in daily workflows to enhance process efficiency and ensure clean claims submissions.
- Handle ad hoc requests and contribute to special projects as required.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
