- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, clinical expertise, and best practices in the field.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Monitor clients' progress throughout the course of treatment and adjust interventions as needed to promote positive outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of advancements in the field of clinical psychology.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of mental health services. Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of California.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting psychological assessments and delivering evidence-based psychotherapy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex psychological concepts in an accessible manner.
- Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to professional standards of conduct.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience working with individuals across the lifespan, from children to older adults, is preferred. Benefits:

Job Description:
We are looking for a licensed Clinical Psychologist to assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of mental health concerns in our California-based practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a genuine passion for helping individuals achieve their full potential. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing psychotherapy, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
