Job summary

The Purchasing Clerk will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by purchasing supplies products equipment within the maintenance housekeeping departments.
Maintain inventory levels reordered in accordance with company policies prepare purchase orders place orders suppliers vendors ensure documentation order maintenance housekeeping departments receive store deliveries products resort proper disposition distribution each department maintain records orders files paperwork completed accurately timely manner report documents complete current maintained each department clean organization storage areas.
