Are you a friendly person with a great work ethic looking for a full or part-time position with a flexible schedule? Are you interested in working for a well-known, award-winning, and high-volume bar and grill, but have no previous food service experience? Lucky 13 is looking to hire food runners for our Jordan Landing location.

This position starts at $13.5/hr and we are willing to train the right people.


About Lucky's Iron Door Roadhouse

Since opening our doors in 2009, we have been the bar and grill in downtown Salt Lake City where you always get lucky with amazing food.

We are open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, and drinks. Whether it's the refined Fungus Amongus Burger with mushrooms sauteed in red wine and a touch of garlic and swiss cheese or the unique Nut Butter Burger with house-smoked bacon, peanut butter, and cheddar cheese, our incredible burgers are what we're known for

As wonderful as our food is, people won't come back unless they receive the best quality service to match. So, our service staff is essential to our success. They are the liaison between our food and our patrons. They ensure that our high standards for taste, presentation, cleanliness, and service are always represented.

A Day in the life of a Food Runner

As a food runner at Lucky's Iron Door Roadhouse, your friendly and efficient service helps ensure that customers are able to be seated in a timely manner at clean tables and receive hot and fresh food exactly as they ordered it.

With a smile, you deliver the correct food to the right table as soon as it is ready. You enjoy interacting with customers and clearly communicate any further needs they may have to the service staff. After they leave, you clear the table promptly and ensure our high standards of cleanliness are met.

You enjoy working with a variety of people in a festive and fast-paced environment and are proud of the part you play in making sure everyone has a great experience


Qualifications
No experience is required. We will train you Are you a hard worker? Are you detail-oriented? Do you have a positive attitude? Are you responsible and reliable? Do you enjoy working with people? Are you friendly, and service-oriented? Do you have excellent communication skills including the ability to listen, clarify, understand, and respond appropriately? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Are you patient and able to maintain your composure under pressure? If so, then you might just be perfect for this position
