Schedule:
Monday – Thursday 4 days a week / 10 hour days 6:00 am – 4:30 pm

Pay:
$25 - $28 DOE

SUMMARY
Under limited supervision, operates CNC and/or conventional machines where work may be of a semi-routine or repetitive, production nature.
Large parts / low quantity as opposed to large quantity output

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Operate and setup CNC and/or conventional machines.
Change tool offsets at the machines.
Deburr, wash and bag components.
Grind cutting tools.
Maintain a safe working environment.

List ofmachines: 2 Kitamuto mycenters mills

60-inch lagun lathe
Kafo and sharp CNC mills funuc control
2 cnc lathes nakamura cobra hardinge bar feeder

Qualifications
CNC Mills & Lathes
Operating and set-up experience
Blueprints, tight tolerances, calipers & micrometers
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma, Certificate from NTMA or equivalent education preferred.
5 to 8 years machining experience including conventional and CNC, or equivalent knowledge or experience.
Editing NC programs at machines
Grinding cutting tools
Deburring parts.
Checking parts using conventional inspection devices
