    As one of the fastest-growing warehousing and logistics companies in North America, we're looking for an experienced EDI WMS Implementation and Support Analyst/Specialist.

    CLI is seeking an ambitious, professional individual to perform EDI and WMS Implementation and Support.

    You will need to perform business analyses and requirements and implement the solution, support, document, and train end users on using these CLI Proprietary EDI WMS / Order Management Enterprise Systems.

    Our warehouse management application supports EDI using a VAN or SFTP and RF scanning with integration into ERP (order management, accounting, and other supply chain applications).

    Prior experience with EDI & Warehousing processes, systems setup and configuration and solutions is preferred in a 3PL and Automotive JIT Sequencing, Bulk, and CMA fulfilment environment.

    The individual will interface with internal and external departments.


    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:


    EDI experience should include mapping, trading partner onboarding/support, designing customer specifications, design/implementation of FTP scripts and data processing as well as full EDI implementation/upgrades and map migration.

    Proficient in various other areas of IT including scripting, Excel automation, application integration, PowerShell, SQL database commands and code review.

    Outstanding communication skills.
    Work closely with Project Manager, Technical and Product Managers to ensure successful implementations.
    Provide timely updates and reports.
    Ensure all activities are completed within schedule and delivered satisfactorily.
    Provide timely (on-call) support to application users regarding: EDI Application & configuration questions/issues.
    Gathering user requests for changes, Application functions questions.

    Interface with the Development team regarding:
    User's Request for changes, Updated systems. documentation, High level solution design for new application functions development, etc.
    Manage ticketed query systems and ensure resolutions are kept up to date.


    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
    Extensive EDI experience in the Supply Chain Logistics space.10 years of EDI Experience.

    Map process and supported many different EDI transactions including 810, 820, 824, 830, 850, 852, 855, 856, 862, 204, 210, 214, 997, etc.

    EDIFACT experience.

    Work with various EDI translators like GXS AI, Sterling Integrator, Open Text, Gentran, PROEDI.EDI / JIT Broadcast for sequencing and non-sequencing operations.

    RF barcode scanning devices and applications and industry standards.
    MS SQL querying / reporting recommended.
    The ability to multi-task and manage across multiple customer and internal activities.
    Team player with customer service focused attitude.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to read, analyze and interpret business requirements, system documentation, and technical procedures.
    Develops alternative courses of action and makes decisions based on logical assumptions that reflect factual information.

    Be able to understand issues, determine root causes, to collaborate with internal and external teams, to communicate frequently and comprehensively until they are resolved.

    Proposes creative solutions and innovations.
    Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.

    Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and emulation for capturing and updating data from other systems when integration is not an option.


    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
    Degree in Computer ScienceMinimum 10 years EDI & WMS experience in customer support, implementations, project management, system configurationsMS SQL experience a plus


    WORK ENVIRONMENT:
    Office environment and working remote with all the necessary equipment and supplies needed to ensure success.
    Extensive computer work required.
