    RTD Supply Planner

    The following position is open in Clermont Illinois, United States.

    What makes this a great opportunity?

    • The supply planner is responsible for the end-to-end supply planning activities as well as controlling the flow of products among suppliers, third party manufacturing sites and the distribution centers. This includes managing finished goods and raw material supply and inventory levels, scheduling the short-term production plan, planning the mid to long term supply plan, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Develop short-term production plan and work with cross-functional teams to align on priorities.
    • Develop a 12–18-month supply plan, assess demand and supply gaps and work with the stakeholders to address the demand and supply imbalance.
    • Manage production with contract manufacturers and ensure production schedule adherence and service performance.
    • Develop and maintain a material purchasing plan that meets production requirements while minimizing inventory levels, cost, and waste. Ensure purchase orders are issued and adjusted timely.
    • Optimize inventory levels and adjust production and replenishment orders as needed to ensure adequate supply.
    • Facilitate communication and coordination among manufacturing, procurement, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
    • Evaluate on-time delivery miss and inventory target miss, conduct root cause, and implement effective corrective measures.
    • Effectively manage the relationship between Regional Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, and contract manufacturers to minimize potential for issues within the supply chain by maintaining a realistic plan.
    • Leverage the SAP planning system, maintain planning parameters and master data to ensure the output of the data is reliable and can be used for upstream planning.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. APICS certification a plus.
    • 3+ years of experience in supply planning, materials planning or a related field. Spirits industry experience a plus.
    • Over 3 years of proficiency in utilizing MRP/ERP/Advanced planning systems within a manufacturing setting, with a preference for experience in SAP ECC and SAP APO.
    • Strong analytical and communicate skills to present findings with well-supported data. Experience with PowerBI a plus; proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint
    • Effective problem-solving aptitude, characterized by the ability to pose relevant questions, assist in structuring logical conclusions, and generate effective solutions.
    • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication abilities, both written and verbal, independently working as well as working collaboratively in a team
