    Billing Clerk – Full-time at Mullinax Ford

    About the Role

    We're seeking a self-motivated and task-oriented individual to join our team as a Billing Clerk. As a key member of our multi-store enterprise, you'll be responsible for processing paperwork, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process retail sales paperwork in accordance with company guidelines
    • Promote positive customer service interactions with external and internal departments
    • Bill new and used car deals and post into accounting
    • Report and process warranty sales and cancellations
    • Maintain schedules and post journal entries
    • Provide backup accounting support as needed
    • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks assigned by supervisor

    Requirements

    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Understanding of basic accounting principles
    • Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new software
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Valid Driver's license and willingness to pass background screening, motor vehicle check, and drug test
