Overview
Take your culinary career to the next level by becoming a Banquet Chef at Eden Roc Miami Beach. They are looking for a creative and passionate individual to work with their talented culinary team to provide exceptional dining experiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a sharp eye for detail. In this role, you will liaise with the Banquet Executive Chef on a daily basis for updates on planning, staffing, and internal procedures, handle daily food requisitions and specials, as well as contribute to hiring, training, and coaching the team. Additionally, you will be involved in menu development, inventory management, kitchen organization, and ensuring all dishes meet high standards of preparation.
