    Job Details:

    • Work day shift with four 10-hour shifts per week
    • Must be available to work various days of the week
    • On-call availability as needed
    • Minimum every other weekend required

    Holiday coverage required:
    minimum 2 major holidays and 2 minor holidays


    • Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
    • Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population-specific characteristics
    • Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care
    • Participate in interdisciplinary communication and rounds
    • Complete timely documentation and maintain respectful clinical environment
    • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice activities
    • Serve as preceptor/mentor for other healthcare professionals and students
    • Associates degree in nursing required (Bachelor's preferred)
    • Current Georgia RN license or multi-state compact license required
    • BLS certification required upon hire
    • Less than 1 year experience accepted with completion of accredited nursing school
    • Direct patient care experience preferred
    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required
    • Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
    • Excellent time management and critical thinking skills essential
