    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' medical history, physical condition, and functional abilities.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and goals set by the patient and healthcare team.
    • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and endurance.
    • Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and home exercise programs to facilitate optimal recovery and prevent re-injury.
    • Monitor patients' progress regularly and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to provide interdisciplinary care and ensure continuity of treatment.
    • Document patient care activities, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
    • Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice, including patient confidentiality and informed consent.
    • Participate in departmental meetings, in-service training, and professional development activities to promote continuous learning and professional growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
    • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
    • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
    • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform therapeutic techniques and assist patients with mobility.

    Pay: $75, $100,000.00 per year

    Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
