Job Description
Job DescriptionResponsible for personnel supervision, planning, scheduling, assessing, organizing, and directing maintenance activities for all Self Regional Outbuildings.
Must have strong communication skills as rounding and follow up with all practice managers is required to ensure buildings are properly maintained.
Evaluates the effectiveness of staff responsiveness and timeliness of work completion. Implement practices to support productivity with limited staffing within a growing outbuilding environment. Collect various data components to support continued process improvements. Knowledge of code and regulatory requirements as applicable. Maintain expenses within budget allowances. Reports directly to Facility Services Manager.
