- Manage class action cases from inception to resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Propound and respond to discovery requests
- Attend mediations and make court appearances
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Strong litigation skills and experience in class action law
