Job summary
We are looking for a Client Engagement Specialist who will work within the larger Client Engagement Team spanning two locations: Hobson Clinic and the Pioneer Square DESC clinics.The CES team will be responsible for monitoring safety and security of clinics by managing main lobby/building milieu while engaging clients,
providing trauma-informed support using de-escalation skills verbal hands-on approaches in coordination with clinical medical teams.,
- To be present in all main operating areas of both Hobson Pioneer Square clinics.
- Initiate maintain appropriate social interactions with clients integrate experience behavioral health substance use conditions into work with clients.
