*All positions are located in Fresno/Clovis CA*

Community Health Partners (CHP) is seeking a board-eligible/ board-certified general surgeon to be part of a surgical team of Physicians and APP's that provide Emergency General Surgical Care and treatment in an inpatient setting. Hospital Emergency Room and inpatient consultative services with the management and treatment of Acute Emergency General Surgical disease. The physician will practice at Clovis Community Medical Center (CCMC) in Clovis, California. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional and compassionate care and will be a positive, trusted colleague.

The physician will work an average of 10 shifts per month which consist of 24-hour primary call and 12-hour secondary call shifts. One to two outpatient clinic shifts per month for follow up of patient's seen or treated on the inpatient service.

Accountabilities 1. Deliver a high standard of medical care to individuals in the community.2. Work alongside staff members as a part of an integrated, interdisciplinary team.3. Effectively communicate treatment plans with patients, family members, and other medical staff members.4. Maintain immaculate documentation of all procedures and practices.5. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) required Licenses and Certifications
• Eligible to be licensed to practice Medicine in the state of California required
• Board Certified/Board Eligible General Surgeon (Required)
