    This is a part-time opportunity for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Sheldon Medical Center. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

    Job Responsibilities


    • The Licensed Practical Nurse provides professional nursing care for patients of all ages in a structured setting.

    • Collaborates with inter-professional colleagues including physicians to plan implement evaluate care

    • Demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles tailored to the relevant clinical setting and performs testing assess data reflective of each patient status interpret appropriately information needed identify each patients requirements relative age specific needs provide appropriate nurse driven interventions that foster positive health outcomes collaboration among multidisciplinary teams demonstrates awareness opportunities improve quality performance strengthen processes procedures contributing best practice deliver excellence every day employing service orientation upholds highest standards integrity honesty dependability trustworthy

    Requirements & Qualifications:


    1. Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse-
