    About the Opportunity:

    • Job Title: Account Receivable/Collection Specialist
    • Pay: $20/Hour
    • Location: Big Lake, MN
    • Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 7:30AM-4PM

    Daily functions:
    - Assist with accounts receivable collection and credit reference checks
    - Process cash applications and credit card transactions
    - Address inquiries regarding invoices and conduct research on outstanding invoices
    - Manage credits to customer accounts
    - Conduct Business-to-Business Collections

    Desired qualifications:
    - High school diploma/GED required
    - Associate degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred
    - 2+ years of customer service experience necessary
    - 2+ years of corporate collection experience preferred
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Physical requirements:
    - Ability to multitask
    - Extended periods of sitting
    - Skills required to operate a computer and phones
