Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Entertainment Production Sales Director for a dynamic, full-service production company delivering innovative live and filmed experiences.
This is a full-time, onsite position based in the United States.POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role leads revenue growth across live events, media production services, and technical/AV solutions.
The position combines strategic sales leadership, relationship management, and operational oversight to expand market presence and support a high-performing team.
The Director will drive new business, foster partnerships, and ensure excellence across production operations.PERKS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead sales strategy across multiple production divisions, including live events, media production, and technical services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
Oversee planning, budgeting, and operational efficiency for production services
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team
Drive revenue through creative solutions, bundled offerings, and strategic partnerships
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
QUALIFICATIONS:
Established book of business and connections in the entertainment industry
Proven track record in sales leadership with a focus on production, media, or live events
Strong ability to build client relationships and negotiate high-value contracts
Experience managing teams, budgets, and operational workflows and the ability to drive outbound sales
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This position offers $120 - $140k DOE. Employees have access to comprehensive benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.
