    Description

    Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a board-certified, or board-eligible Radiation Oncology physician to work at our Palo Alto and Sunnyvale radiation oncology departments in California's Silicon Valley. Our fully loaded department has Varian TrueBeam, TrueBeam STx, and Edge linear accelerator systems with Siemens and GE CT simulators, BrainLab ExacTrac Dynamic, AlignRT, and a dedicated HDR brachytherapy suite with a Varian BRAVOS system. Our cancer program has numerous accreditations, active participation in clinical trials, and several specialty and sub-specialty multidisciplinary tumor boards.

    Location: Palo Alto and Sunnyvale

    Position details: We are looking for a highly skilled team player to join our excellent department as a shareholder-track physicianFull-time preferred, but part-time can be considered based on candidate qualifications Relevant experience in IMRT, VMAT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS, and HDR brachytherapy is required Experience with prostate seed brachytherapy is a plusAbundant leadership and committee work opportunities, with active promotion of quality improvement projectsStraightforward access to collegial specialists Physician-led inclusive organization, emphasizing collaboration, mentorship, clinician / staff well-being, and innovation
