NeoGenomics is looking for a Workday Functional Analyst who wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This opportunity is open to remote candidates and in our Fort Myers, FL location.

Position Summary:

The Workday Functional Analyst position will enable and support business solutions across Human Capital Management. They will use their Workday expertise and analysis skills to serve as functional owner of 3+ Workday modules. They will assess and translate complex business needs into defined requirements and manage configuration projects end-to-end, including stakeholder management. This position analyzes, configures, tests, implements and maintains the Workday application and the interfaces with other systems, as well as provides advanced knowledge and expertise in problem determination, evaluation and resolution.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for ongoing ownership, support, maintenance, and updates to at least 3 of the following Workday modules (Core HCM - Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Talent & Performance) ); including setup, security, business processes, objects, plans and intersectionality with other modules
Hands-on configuration of production, test, and development environments and services
Drive and lead business requirement gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment of Workday functionality for our internal customers and stakeholders.
Proactively identify and implement Workday solutions to address business specific requirements and provide continuous improvement.
Creation and maintenance of advanced reports, matrix reports, dashboards, and data visualizations (i.e. Discovery Boards) to provide P&C and leaders with actionable information and insights
Identify and partner with HR IT and other internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve data/integration issues.
Partner with HR IT, vendors and other internal stakeholders to design, test and implement new inbound and outbound integrations.
Full lifecycle project management for Workday roadmap items including stakeholder management, initiation, planning, executing, monitoring and closing.
Owns the review, testing, configuration, implementation and communication of ad hoc Workday release items and semi-annual releases for assigned modules, ensuring seamless implementation.
Operates as lead functional contributor, providing Workday training, direction and mentoring to others.

Experience and Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field
5+ years of hands-on configuration experience with Workday Core HCM in at least two of the following modules: Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Talent & Performance, Payroll for configuring business processes and system build; including extensive experience with business processes best practices.
3+ years of experience in managing employee data within Workday, including creating and maintaining custom reports & dashboards, calculated fields and developing data visualizations
Previous full lifecycle Project Management experience.
Health Care Industry experience desired.
Working knowledge of inbound & outbound integrations.

Travel: 10%
