    We are looking for the best and brightest talent in the South Jersey area as we expand our Sales Division to support our current work with essential businesses in the environmental sector.

    Our goal is to provide high-quality brand experiences through consultative sales and outreach methods.

    NO SALES EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM

    Training for the Sales Associate opportunity will take place on-the-job as well as in a classroom setting.

    This is a high growth position, so our intention is for the Sales Associate to advance into a supervisory role within 6-8 months, while simultaneously growing our clean energy, smart technology, and wind power clients.


    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SALES ASSOCIATE:
    Educate current and potential consumers about products and their benefits
    Focus sales efforts by studying existing consumer accounts, client needs, and following campaign progress
    Service existing accounts, obtain schedules for future work orders and establish new client contracts via direct contact with the customer
    Recommend changes or upgrades to services by evaluating results and recent developments on existing accounts
    Adjust content of sales presentations by studying ongoing market changes and specific territory trends
    Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, necessary campaign adjustments, and territory analyses
    Stay up to date on current product pricing, new products, and delivery or work order schedules
    Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
    Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in quarterly training meetings
    Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed


    QUALIFICATIONS OF THE SALES ASSOCIATE:
    Minimum of 12 months in a client-facing sales or customer service role
    Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal, verbal, and written
    Familiarity in working in a fast-paced environment
    Strong critical thinking, evaluation, and analysis abilities
    Experience in a leadership position is preferred and highly regarded
