Job summary
Implement analyze or audit security policies and practices Perform Code Review automated and manual Review automated scan results file and remove false-positives and verify findings Complete design review Threat Model based on the documents provided by the project teams Complete Policy Validation Checklist upload document as proof of compliance Knowledge of risk impact for OWASP Top10 security vulnerabilities Verify all policy violations are contained within the report Design web app vulnerability assessments perform manual automated tests document their results including a risk assessment Add issues into Issue Tracker bug tracking tools Meet with project teams to discuss design requirements Perform targeted analysis on areas like authentication escalation of privileges business logic where automated tools are weak Keep Issue tracker up to date track all issues until closure Help Project teams in obtaining Risk Acceptance for unmitigated risk non-compliance Develop maintain technical expertise pertaining to Web Mobile Application Security effectively transfer knowledge to business IT team members Knowledge of mobile application security vulnerabilities Hands-on development experience in object-oriented languages is strongly preferred Experience with code scanning toolsets such as Fortify Veracode CISSP CEH certifications preferred
