- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop a technical team to achieve group objectives.
- Critical thinking and process-oriented mindset to resolve open issues and focus on continuous improvement throughout the team.
- BS. in Electrical Engineering; or equivalent education and experience.
- 3 – 7 years' experience managing and leading technical staff; engineering manager, supervisor, or other technical team lead.
- Experience with UL, IEC, FCC, and similar standards for electrical system design and regulatory compliance.
- Substantial knowledge of embedded system design, firmware and software code creation, review, and control.
- Experience with EPLAN Electric P8, Altium Designer, and Embedded Software development in C.
- Ability to manage many concurrent projects while maintaining a high level of productivity to complete projects on time.
- Knowledge of programable logic controllers, variable frequency drives, and Industrial Ethernet communication protocols is desirable
