- A bachelor's degree in any field and at least 1 year of experience teaching OSINT tools and techniques OR a high-school diploma and at least 2 years of experience teaching OSINT tools and techniques.
- At least 1 year of experience and/or certification in training or adult-education within the military or the Intelligence Community.

Job Description:
Mission Essential is looking for an open source intelligence (OSINT) trainer to provide instructor/course manager support to enable the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) and other U.S.
Navy employees to maximize individual OSINT collection capabilities, to include formal training courses; semi-regular training workshops; one-on-one desk side assistance on tools, tradecraft, and techniques; and other training events as assigned.
